Easter 2015

Let's just pretend I'm not 5 months behind, K?

The details are already a little sketchy in my brain from Easter 2015, but the highlights include:
-BABY GOATS- highlight of the century for our kids and cousins. My mom's doctor she works with has a little goat farm and we had a blast.
-Nana's annual egg hunt fun!
-Kite flying with cousins.
-sugar cookies
-egg coloring
-searching for Easter baskets
-an egg hunt in FREEZING cold wind.
-beautiful Easter weekend filled with family and the Spirit of new life.

Pinewood Derby

Liam got his first taste of the pinewood derby last year so he was especially excited to do it this year. He spent hours drawing plans for his car and he and Daddy went over to Mr. Price's workshop and cut his car. He meticulously painted it and chose his lego guy. Overall his car did really well, I think it got 6th place out of 20!
Addy was excited she got to participate in the smaller siblings category.  She told daddy she wanted "A glass slipper car". Daddy surely delivered. She loved painting it and I added the touch of the unicorn driver. It's safe to say her car was the hit of the event. She got 3rd place in the siblings category.

Fun in the yard!

With the warm weather we've been having, we've been spending a lot more time in the yard.  It doesn't always look normal though... hahah

Izzy and Peyton's birthday party!

Izzy and Peyton had a fantastic combined birthday party at coconut bowl. My sister did a killer job on their cakes and all the kids had a blast!















Finn wanted to go in the wind tunnel and then hated it.

Snow!

This was the last snow storm we got for the year. :( We are in such a sad drought. I'm so glad we took advantage of this snow storm to get some good snow play in.  Liam even tried his hand at snowboarding down our little hill and did a pretty good job!

Happy New Year!

We had a very low key new year at home. I had to work New Year's Day so we celebrated by watching a movie together and toasting with some apple cider. We did some poppers in the back yard and watched the Ball drop on NYC time.  We are looking forward to the new year!
