We love cousins!

It's so much fun being able to play with Izzy and Peyton. Liam LOVES every minute he gets to spend with them. He especially likes that Izzy understands how to play now. It's so much fun watching them grow together.

A Boy and His Trains

Playing with trains is serious business. Trains are pretty much the only toys that Liam plays with nowadays. He's very cute when he does it because he narrates the scenario just like on the Thomas shows. For example, "Mr. Conductor, Emily is cross!" Said Thomas...
It's highly entertaining.

Little Projects

A few weeks ago we had some really beautiful weather. Around the front window at our house was a bad flower bed half full of bark dust. I've been wanting to dig it out so that we could plant some flowers and we finally did it! It's a small start to our HUGE yard project plans, but hopefully in the next couple of weeks I'll have some pretty flowers planted there.

Construction and Destruction

Liam has a lot of fun building things out of random materials. I think he may even have more fun destroying them! Also, notice his little line of Thomas and Friends helping with the project.

Our Valentine's Day

We had a very nice Valentine's Day weekend. The wonderful Young Women in our ward did a night of free baby-sitting! They had all sorts of games and fun activities for the kids-- they did a wonderful job. Plus, it was wonderful to be able to go out to dinner with my honey and have a free baby-sitter, knowing Liam was having a spectacular time!


Here is the traditional Valentine's Day photo (before we went to dinner):Liam was, once again, feeling under the weather. We have been sick constantly in this house for close to 2 months! We are READY for SPRING! At any rate, he had a wonderful Valentine's Day! Wes and I got him Hungry, Hungry Hippos. Both of us have fond memories of this game as children and we knew he'd love it. Sure, enough, he recruited GG and Grandpa-Great to play it with him. Later on that weekend we also played it with Izzy, Titi, Papa, Nana, Uncle Shaawn and pretty much anyone he could convince to do so. ;)
I'm sorta getting caught up here. Hopefully in the next couple of days I will be caught up on my blogging. :D
