Christmas Time for Bedazzled Badge Clips

Stacy and I had been working hard all year on making and selling our bedazzled badge clips. The project has gone over in a crazy way that we never thought possible. At this point we've raised more than $6500. And it all has been going to our cancer patients in one form or another. Stacy and I knew we wanted to make Christmas very special for a couple of our families that have been greatly affected by cancer. We chose three families. One was an older couple who we got a computer and a lot of food for. One was a single mom to four little ones. And another was a dad with AML and his wife and 12 year old daughter and three granddaughters. WE were able to get each child 2 toys, one outfit, a jacket, hat, gloves, shoes, and pajamas. We also got the families food and gas gift cards. It was SO FUN picking out special gifts for all of them and making them feel special. Liam and Avery went with us to deliver the gifts and they had a blast delivering them with us, plus it was so awesome for them to see that when they help us make badges, it helps other people. This was probably one of my favorite things we did all Christmas season. We wrapped all the gifts together at the hospital with some of the nurses from our unit. We continue to make more badge clips and do fun, special things for our awesome patients.
