End of Third Grade

Liam had a wonderful third grade year. He really thrived in the SWAS program and had so much fun doing all of their fun and engaging projects. He made lots of new friends and had the most wonderful teacher.

At the end of the year they did a project highlighting different biomes that would make a good setting for the next season of survivor. They had to put together a presentation, write a persuasive essay and present their arguments to members of the community on why their biome should be the next setting for survivor.

Liam's part of the presentation focused on the fauna of the biome. He talked about all the different types of fish and what they would bring to the survival of the show contestants.

Their biome didn't win but it was so awesome to watch this group present such a professional presentation and have the confidence to get up their and tell us what they learned and present their arguments. All in third grade!  I was so so proud of him!
